1. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

Discounted or clearance items

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
5. Exchanges
